LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. – Tiana is throwing a big Mardi Gras party in the bayou and early invites are going out.

Like other highly-anticipated Walt Disney World attractions that have opened in recent years, Tiana’a Bayou Adventure will debut with a virtual queue for standby access. Guests can request to join the queue via the My Disney Experience app at one of two times: 7 a.m. or 1 p.m.

For faster access to the front of the line, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will also have a Lightning Lane entrance available only by purchasing it through the Disney Genie+ service via the My Disney Experience app.

Passholder preview

Before the official opening on June 28, Disney World Annual Passholders will be able to preview the ride before the general public.

Passholders will need to make a park reservation to Magic Kingdom on one of the preview dates and then go through the steps to join the virtual queue. Passholder preview dates are June 13, 14, 16, 17, 18 and 20.

As a reminder, passholders must enter the theme park where they have a reservation prior to visiting Magic Kingdom park. Or on preview dates, they can enter Magic Kingdom Park without a reservation after 2 p.m. Passholders do not need to have entered a theme park when they request to join the virtual queue.

Park reservations are limited and subject to availability and joining the virtual queue does not guarantee the ability to participate in the preview. Boarding groups for a virtual queue are limited, subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
