Cocoa Beach police are searching for the driver of a vehicle that struck and killed a 26-year-old man in a hit-and-run crash.
Joshua Michael Earle, of Bradenton, was found non-responsive around 3:15 a.m. Tuesday on the ground near the intersection of Samar and Trinidad roads in Cocoa Beach, police said.
Earlie was taken to Cape Canaveral Hospital and later was pronounced dead, police said.
Witnesses said they saw a light brown or gold Chevrolet four-door, possibly a Malibu or Impala, strike Earle and drive off. No tag or driver information was obtained, police said.
