PAWTUCKET, R.I. - If you've ever operated by your own "house rules" when the Monopoly board gets busted out on game night, then Hasbro has good news for you.
CBS News reports that the makers of Monopoly are letting Facebook fans dictate the "house rules" in future editions of the game, whether it be extra cash when you land on free parking or co-owning properties.
Starting March 25 through April 3, Facebook fans can debate 10 "house rules" that are on the site. The top rules will make it into the House Rules Edition that will be available in the fall.
They will also be in the classic Monopoly game guide in 2015, although officially the rules will not change.
