SANFORD, Fla. -

A six-vehicle crash on Interstate 4 caused a major backup for rush-hour traffic in Central Florida.

The crash happened Monday morning on I-4 west near County Road 46A in Seminole County.

The entire interstate was blocked, but officials later reopened some lanes.

Traffic was backed up for miles in the area.

No other details were immediately known.
