General Position Description:
Post-Newsweek Stations is seeking a Digital Advertising Designer to create online advertising campaigns and support materials.
*Design high-end, consumer-engaging digital advertisements.
*Collaborate with the Vice President of Digital Media, Digital Sales Managers and Account Executives to develop campaigns and sales proposals.
*Attend and actively contribute to team and client meetings focusing on strategy, goals and campaign feedback.
*Ensure final products always meet expectations by being receptive to feedback and extremely attentive to detail.
*Function effectively in a high-volume, fast-changing work environment.
*Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and developments.
*Bachelor's degree in design-related field, or related work experience equivalent to a degree.
*5+ years in a design role; ideally with experience designing online advertisements.
*Prior experience in advertising, branding, sales, visual communication design and marketing a plus.
*Expert user of Adobe design software suite.
*Experience with quickly creating and refining campaign prototypes.
*Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
*An online portfolio that showcases your past work.
