Students Super Glue School Doors

Start Of Class Delayed At Deltona High School

The start of the school day was delayed Tuesday at a Deltona high school after students used Super Glue to shut all of the classroom doors, according to officials.

Classes were disrupted for about 90 minutes at Pine Ridge High School in Deltona after three students glued the doors shut overnight, said Nancy Wait of Volusia County Public Schools.

Wait said the incident was not a senior prank, and the students responsible for the incident were caught on surveillance video.

The school was trying to identify the students, she said.

It's not known if the video will be released.
