FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- Anna Nicole Smith's body is being turned over to her infant daughter's guardian.
But in issuing his order, the judge is making it clear he wants her buried in the Bahamas with her son.
Judge Larry Seidlin began crying as he told the coroner in Broward County, Fla., to give the body to the child's guardian, Richard Milstein.
The guardian must consult with Smith's mother and with her boyfriend Howard K. Stern, who have been fighting each other for the body.
But Seidlin said he wants Smith and her son "to be together."
Seidlin said he "suffered" and "struggled" with the case. He told Smith's mother, "I have shed tears for your little girl."
In a rambling speech, Seidlin also called on Stern and Larry Birkhead to "do the right thing" by Smith's baby, and to determine by DNA tests to determine the father of Anna Nicole's baby, Dannielynn.
He told them "it's enough baloney."
Stern wanted a burial in the Bahamas, where Smith's son, Daniel, died of apparent drug-related causes last year.
Smith's mother, Vergie Arthur, wanted Smith to be buried in Texas, and said she plans to appeal the decision.
