ORLANDO, Fla. -- A national fast-food chain is airing a controversial ad to help boost its breakfast sales.
The Hardee's commercials, which are airing nationwide, endorse the restaurant's Biscuit Holes via a taste test.
"Today we're out finding out what type of holes people prefer: doughnut holes or Hardee's new Biscuit Holes," an actor explains while showing a table with two plates labeled "A" and "B."
"B-hole," a woman answers, choosing the Hardee's product.
"B-hole has it over the A-hole for sure," a man said.
Hardee's isn't the only restaurant to use low-brow humor in ads.
Burger King and Quiznos are running sexual ads.
Carl's Jr., based in California, was forced to pull sexy ads featuring Paris Hilton.
