Congratulations are in order for Kourtney Kardashian.

CNN has confirmed that the 33-year-old has given birth to a baby girl, her second child with longtime beau Scott Disick. The couple welcomed their newborn early Sunday in Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Proud aunt Kim Kardashian tweeted, "Welcome to the world Penelope Scotland Disick!!!!"

The family said it could not be prouder.

"Scott and I are overjoyed to welcome our precious angel Penelope Scotland Disick into our lives," Kourtney Kardashian said in a statement to E!."We are forever blessed. Mommy and baby are resting comfortably."

Kourtney Kardashian's mom Kris Jenner told E! News that the baby weighed in at 7 pounds, 14 ounces.

"It was great. She had an easy delivery," Jenner said. "(Penelope) is so cute. She looks just like Mason. She's so beautiful. We are so happy."

Kourtney Kardashian and Disick are already the parents of a 2-year old son, Mason.
