"Scary Movie 5" might just be the most terrifying film in the spoof franchise's 12 years.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan have signed on to play what production company Dimension Films is touting as "the world's hottest new couple."

Of course, this isn't Sheen's first rodeo "Scary Movie." The "Anger Management" actor played Tom in "Scary Movie 3," making a brief appearance in the fourth film, as well.

There's a chance the pair will follow in the footsteps of celebrities like Pamela Anderson and Shaquille O'Neal, whose characters were killed off early on in "Scary Movie 3" and "Scary Movie 4," respectively.

Ashley Tisdale is set to star in "Scary Movie 5," which will reportedly begin filming in September. The flick is expected to bow on April 19, 2013.
