Country 500 to kick off at Daytona International Speedway

Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton, others to take stage

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Thousands of country music fans will flock to Daytona International Speedway this weekend for the second annual Country 500 Music Festival.

The three-day event is expected to attract as many as 70,000 fans.

Headliners for this year's event include Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton, Kid Rock and Keith Urban.

Organizers said there will be increased security at the music festival. They said they will work with state and federal agencies in the wake of this week's bombing at a concert in Manchester, England.
