Free Flu Shots
Central Care, Local 6 and Get Healthy Florida are giving away free flu shots this year to Central Floridians.
Officials are hoping to avoid the rush this time around by encouraging at-risk people to get vaccinated before Oct. 24.
Shots to high-risk people will be offered Oct. 19 and 21.
Locations this year include West Oaks Mall, Altamonte Mall and the Osceola Heritage Park.
Times for the above locations are 10 a.m. - 6p.m.
Free flu shots for everyone are being offered Dec. 9 and 10 at the Winter Springs and Oviedo Centra Care facilities and the airport-area Centra Care.
