The American College of Sports Medicine has released its 2014 American Fitness Index, which looks at the health and fitness of the country's 50 major metropolitan areas. Cities are ranked based on factors like recreational facilities, health problems, high-risk behaviors and the number of parks and farmer's markets. Here's a look at America's 25 fittest cities:
