Utility bills seem to be rising by the minute these days, but we have all become accustomed to certain utilities that now we can't live without. Eco-friendly home buyers will want to know that the appliances in their new home will be energy efficient and durable. This doesn't mean you have to replace all of your appliances, but any green appliances that you do have will score points for your home.
