Will gas prices keep dropping?

Drivers continue to pay prices unseen since 2009

ORLANDO, Fla. – Falling oil prices are continuing to have an impact on the prices at the pump. 

According to AAA, the national average for regular now stands at $1.74 per gallon, a savings of 6 cents per gallon since last week and 43 cents lower than this time in 2015.

In Florida, the average price for a gallon of regular gas is a bit higher at $1.80, 3 cents lower than last week and 40 cents lower than this time last year. 

Experts say a change could be on the way. AAA says unless oil prices decline even more in the coming weeks, prices at the pump could begin to climb in the coming weeks.
