Gas prices could be on the rise

Prices level off after 3 weeks of decline

ORLANDO, Fla. – After three straight weeks of declines, gas prices are starting to inch higher.

According to AAA, the national average for regular gas is $2.12 a gallon. That's up a fraction of a penny from prices over the weekend.

The Florida average is a bit lower, at $2.09 a gallon.

Experts say the change is due to an increase in oil prices.

According to AAA, OPEC is expected to agree on production cuts at a meeting later this week, which could cause prices at the pump to shift by 25 cents a gallon by the end of the year.
