'Black Friday' shopper claims she was wrongly arrested
Woman says her baby was left abandoned inside store
A Florida woman says she was wrongly arrested while shopping at a Walmart after Thanksgiving dinner.
An Escambia County sheriff's deputy said Antonia Angelena Bennett was fighting over a cellphone and he told her to leave.
When she refused, the officer wrestled her to the ground and arrested her.
Bennett, 27, said she did not raise her voice until a deputy took the phone and threatened to use a stun gun on her if she didn't let go of the cart, which held her baby.
Bennett also claims the officer hit her arm, threw her to the ground and put a knee in her back while placing her in handcuffs.
The Pensacola News Journal reports Bennett said her baby was left alone as she was escorted away.
A sheriff's spokesman said it appears the deputies acted within policy but says store videotape will be reviewed.
