ORLANDO, Fla. -

Orange County deputies said they arrested a gunman who opened fire on a group of people at a party overnight.

Deputies said they were called to 1325 43rd Street around 3:06 a.m. Sunday after multiple 911 calls said there was a loud party fight and shots fired.

When deputies arrived, they found a large group of people and three people shot, officials said.

Deputies said all three were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center.

Deputies said two of the people, Ricardo Mondesir and Greeberd Louis were expected to survive, while a third, Ury David died as a result of being shot.

Deputies said they are actively looking for a shooter and spoke to a number of people who saw the attack.

Deputies said they later arrested Erickson Occeus and charged him with murder and aggravated assault.
