Osceola County Fire Rescue officials say one worker was hurt after an accident at the construction site of a 3-story garage for the Celebration Florida Hospital expansion on Monday afternoon.

Authorities originally reported one floor of the building, which is part of a parking garage under construction, partially collapsed at 400 Celebration Place.

It was later determined half of a steel girder had fallen, causing a chain reaction and hurting one of the workers.

The worker suffered non life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital.

No other details have been released.
