Police: Woman Found Passed Out With Baby

A woman in Clermont, Fla., was arrested early Monday after officers found her unconscious in a vehicle outside a bar with her baby buckled in a car seat, police told Local 6 News.

Investigators said Danielle Tozer, 27, was found sleeping in the front seat of a car parked at the Crown Lodge in Clermont just after 2 a.m.

A bartender told police that Tozer had been drinking at the business, Local 6 News reported. Local 6 News reported that Tozer was found drunk and passed out.

Tozer was booked into the Lake County Jail on one count of child neglect.

The woman's baby is in Department of Children and Families custody.
