Investigators confirmed a second fast-food worker saw Trenton Duckett the day he vanished, according to a police report.
Marion County sheriff's deputies said a second witness has placed Trenton's mother, Melinda Duckett, at a Bellevue Wendy's around the time of Trenton's disappearance, according to a police report.
Earlier this month, a witness said Duckett was with her son when she placed an order at the fast-food restaurant early in the day but was without him when she came back later that same day.
On Tuesday, another witness was confirmed to have spoken to the first witness about tattoos on Duckett's body.
The report said when Duckett came to the drive-through window, a co-worker called for her to come see the tattoo on Duckett's left arm.
The witness went to the window for a look at the tattoo and noticed a child in the back seat.
While eyeing the tattoo, she made faces at the child, making him laugh, the report said.
She positively identified the child as Trenton when interviewed by detectives, according to the report.
The new information sparked a renewed search for the boy as investigators believe she gave her son away to someone else.
Belleview is 20 miles northwest of Leesburg, where Trenton lived with his mother and her grandparents.
