ORLANDO, Fla. -- A controversial sign outside a Central Florida Hooter's restaurant reading "plagiarism saves time" located near a school has been removed.
Local 6 videotaped the plagiarism sign at the Hooter's restaurant on Lake Underhill Road located across the street from Legacy Middle School.
A teacher thought the sign sent the wrong message to students, the report said.
When Local 6 brought the controversy to the restaurant's attention, workers removed the slogan.
