WINTER PARK, Fla. -- Police said they arrested an Orlando man on indecent exposure charges Wednesday after he exposed himself to several people outside of a Winter Park store. Dwayne Thomson, 47, was jailed on $500 bond after he was found by an officer with his pants around his ankles, according to the Winter Park Police Department. The incident happened before noon in the parking lot of 501 North Orlando Ave. Police said Thomson was sitting on a bench near Office Depot and Kmart with his pants down while he was fondling himself. When Thomson noticed the officers who were responding to complaints from shoppers, he pulled his pants up and began to walk away, police said. Thomson told police that he was scratching a bug bite "for 40 seconds." Thomson remained jailed Thursday morning, according to police. Watch Local 6 News for more information about this story.
