ORLANDO, Fla. -- A 51-year-old man in Orange County, Fla., is accused of sexually gratifying himself in front of young women near the University of Central Florida, including one alleged victim who claims she witnessed it several times on a road.
Police charged Milan Paich with one count of stalking and one count of performing an unnatural and lascivious act after a woman said she witnessed him fondling himself in front of her -- three times.
"It is just disgusting," Andrea Colasanti said. "The first time, it was kind of gross. The second time, I realized it was the same man and I was like, 'I can't believe this is happening again.' And the third time was the last straw. I actually got mad."
The women said Paich would pull up alongside their car, reach up and angle his rearview mirror toward them and use it to watch them, looking at him, Local 6 reported.
"It is really creepy that it has happened to over five of my friends," University of Central Florida student Julian Fleury said.
Fleury said she was in the same vehicle during one of the alleged fondling incidents. She said plenty of women have seen the alleged act.
"Everyone on this campus should be worried about it," Fleury said.
"I'm sure he waits on campus because it is at the same light every time this has happened," Colasanti said. "So, I'm sure he sits and waits somewhere to watch a car go by with girls in it."
The charges filed against Paich are misdemeanors, which is why he has not been arrested but instead will probably get an order to appear before a judge.
In order to be charged with felony stalking in Florida, in addition to constantly following someone, a person also has to maliciously and directly make a credible threat to cause someone to fear for their safety, the report said.
