A registered sex offender in Orange County, Fla., is accused of stalking an elderly woman and performing sex acts on her clothes.Police said Michael Anderson, 48, apparently undressed himself, stood at the victim's window and watched her.Anderson is also accused of breaking into her apartment on Captain Morgan Boulevard while the woman was away and performed sex acts on her clothes.Detectives said he outlined the activities in a diary.The victim said she knows Anderson but had no idea he was allegedly stalking her, police said.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
