LAKE MARY, Fla. -- A Lake Mary woman was arrested on Tuesday after police said she had sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old boy. Jodi Lynn Sykes, 25, was charged with eight counts of sex offense against a child, lewd and lascivious battery and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Skyes was arrested after the sister of the 14-year-old observed the two having sex, according to the police report. The teen boy's mother was informed, and she decided to press charges against Sykes, police said. During an investigation, Sykes admitted to police that she had sexual intercourse with the boy at least eight times since he turned 14 and provided alcohol to him on at least three occassions, according to the report. Sykes was arrested without incident, and her bond was set at $16,500. Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
