Investigators said Maryann Long, 44, allegedly lured the boys into her Illinois Avenue home in St. Cloud, Fla., with husband and fire chief William Long."An arrest affidavit said the fire battalion chief's wife used Bailey's and vodka to get the teens liquored up and then took advantage while, allegedly, her husband sat back and watched," Local 6's Charnel Wright said.According to an arrest affidavit, Long got (the boys) into a hot tub where "she was completely nude" (and) provided them with alcoholic beverages and "all had a sexual encounter" while her husband watched, Wright reported.Maryann Long was charged with three counts of lewd and lascivious battery, child abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor by serving the alcohol after the mother of a boy contacted police.Long's husband was charged with child neglect for being present at the scene and not acting to prevent the crimes, police said.Both were booked into the Osceola County Jail.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
