'Captain America' Groping Case Continued
Man Accused Of Groping Woman, Possessing Marijuana
Raymond Douglas Adamcik, 54, faces misdemeanor charges of battery, breach of peace, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana. A felony charge of trying to destroy evidence was reduced to misdemeanor possession. During a docket hearing, Greg Eisenmenger, attorney for Adamcik, was granted a continuance so that he has time to review state's evidence. He said he's still waiting on witness statements and other evidence from prosecutors. Adamcik was arrested April 22 after he supposedly groped a woman and knocked her boyfriend to the floor during a costume party at On Tap Bar in Melbourne. He and several other doctors also dressed as Captain America had been bar-hopping in a rented bus. Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
