Passenger Escorted Off Flight For 'Sexy' Outfit

Woman Considers Lawsuit Against Southwest Airlines

A Calif. woman is considering a lawsuit against Southwest Airlines after she was escorted off a flight out of San Diego because her clothes were considered too sexy or revealing.

Kyla Ebbert, 23, who is a Mesa College student and Hooter's waitress, said she was removed from the flight to Tucson because people thought her outfit was inappropriate.

Ebbert said she refused to change her skirt and cropped sweater.

The woman was eventually let back on the flight but only on the condition that she pull her tank top shirt higher and pull her skirt down.

Ebbert posed for photos in the controversial outfit (pictured).

Southwest said it has to make sure everyone on board is comfortable and that it deals with complaints in a discreet and professional manner.

Ebbert told a San Diego newspaper that she was humiliated by the experience and was judged unfairly.

Ebbert also said she never received an apology from the airlines after being let back on board.
