MOUNT DORA, Fla. -- City leaders in Mount Dora may ban barking.A plan that comes up for a vote Tuesday would add frequent barking to the noise ordinance.Owners of barking dogs could be fined if a dog barks repeatedly three times in 24 hours.Under current rules, Mount Dora's dogs can bark for five minutes at a time.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
