MOUNT DORA, Fla. -- City leaders in Mount Dora may ban barking.
A plan that comes up for a vote Tuesday would add frequent barking to the noise ordinance.
Owners of barking dogs could be fined if a dog barks repeatedly three times in 24 hours.
Under current rules, Mount Dora's dogs can bark for five minutes at a time.
