Man Awaiting Extradition To Osceola County

SAINT CLOUD, Fla. -- A Las Vegas Toby Keith impersonator was arrested in Nevada on suspicion of soliciting nude photos from a 14-year-old Central Florida girl and e-mailing at least one nude photo of himself to her, according to authorities.Timothy I. Marcaurele, 41, of Boulder City, Nev., is awaiting extradition to Osceola County after being arrested on Feb. 6.The 14-year-old girl's mother told Osceola County sheriff's detectives on Dec. 31, 2007, that she and her daughter went to Las Vegas in June and met Marcaurele, who went by the name of Tim Tracy.After returning to Saint Cloud, the teen began communicating with Marcaurele online and via text messages, sheriff's deputies said.Over the course of several months, Marcaurele asked the girl to send nude photos of herself to him and sent at least one nude photo of himself, Osceola County sheriff's deputies said.Boulder City police officers located Marcaurele at his residence, and he was arrested.Marcaurele will be extradited to Osceola County next week to face one count of transmission of harmful material to a minor by electronic device.The Boulder City SWAT confiscated three computers and five hard drives from Marcaurele's home.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
