Officials: Missing 9-Year-Old Girl May Be Traveling To L.A. Or Mexico

NEW SMYRNA, Fla. -- A missing persons alert was issued on Friday for a 9-year-old girl believed to be in the company of her aunt and older sisters and may be headed to Los Angeles or Tijuana, Mexico.
Dulce Maria Zamora, who turns 10 years old on Monday, was last seen on Thursday in the area of the 300 block of Dimmick Street in New Smyrna Beach.
Dulce Zamora is described as a white girl with brown hair and brown eyes.
Gertrudis Zamora, her 16-year-old sister, is described as a white girl with black hair and brown eyes, about 5 feet 5 inches tall and 120 pounds.
Petra Zamora, 12, has brown hair and brown eyes and is 5 feet 2 inches tall and 142 pounds.
Dulce's aunt, Leonor Esparaza Camberos, 40, is a white woman with brown hair and brown eyes, 5 feet 2 inches tall and 180 pounds.
The group may be traveling in a 1999 gray Ford Explorer with the Florida tag 171 JDI.
Anyone with information about their whereabouts is urged to call their local police department.
