A man found bleeding from the head in a bathroom of the SunCruz Casinos ship died Sunday night after being taken to a hospital, according to authorities.James Michael Burgess, 49, of Satellite Beach, was pronounced dead at 11:37 p.m. at Cape Canaveral Hospital.According to the Brevard County Sheriff's Office, Burgess appeared to be alone on the ship, which sets sail out of Port Canaveral, and became ill.After Burgess was discovered in the bathroom, medical personnel aboard the ship attended to him and he was taken to the hospital, the sheriff's office said.An investigation into the death is under way.Anyone with information about the incident is urged to call Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
