ORLANDO, Fla. -- A 10-year-old girl told a judge Wednesday that she watched a woman punch and pull another theme park visitor's hair while in front of a Disney ride during the third day of testimony in the "line rage" case.
Aimee Krause, of Clermont, claims that Gloria Walker, 52, of Alabama, beat and choked her in a fight that took place in July over who was first in line for the ride.
Wednesday, the young girl took the stand and answered questions while clutching a teddy bear.
"She just started punching," a 10-year-old girl said. "So many times she can't see in this eye."
"Did you see her hitting her in the head?" an attorney said.
"She pulled her hair," the girl said. "The lady was trying to protect her kids."
Another woman said Walker was loud and began cursing in the ride line.
"At that time, she wasn't really saying anything until we addressed the pushing," witness Lori Tamblin said. "That is when she started being loud and cursing."
Walker was offered a plea deal that would have meant spending a year in jail, but she rejected it. If found guilty in the attack, Walker could face up to 16 years in prison, Local 6 reported.
A ride operator was scheduled to offer testimony in the case later Wednesday.
