MARION COUNTY, Fla. -- A 20-year-old man was arrested and charged with rape after his girlfriend reported she walked in on him with a 9-year-old boy, police said.Marion County investigators said James Michael Cooper, of Umatilla, admitted he raped the boy more than once.Police said Cooper's girlfriend caught him with the boy.In police reports, Cooper admitted to sodomizing the boy at least two times.Cooper faces five counts of capital sexual battery.
