Children Found In Central Fla. Unharmed After Amber Alert Issued

A 12-year-old girl and her 14-year-old brother reported missing Wednesday were found unharmed after an Amber Alert was issued.
EXTRA: ALERT CANCELED
A passer-by spotted Angela and James Ragins in Volusia County Wednesday just before noon after they were reported missing, investigators said.

The children were found with James Ragins, 36, police said. Ragins was taken into custody without incident.

The alert was initially issued after the children vanished from the 31,000 block of Hillside Drive in DeLand, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
