UPDATED: 7:08 am EDT June 24, 2008

A man who St. Johns County deputies said used his cell phone to snap photos of naked children at a Ponte Vedra country club was arrested.

Investigators said a father and his two sons were in a locker room at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club when the alleged incident took place, WJXT reported.

According to a police report, the father was in a single shower while his sons, ages 8 and 3, were in a double shower next to him.

Police said 24-year-old Andrew Hahn was standing outside the stall in a towel.

Deputies said the father went to get towels, and when he got back, his son told him a man took a photo of his brother's buttocks area with a camera phone.

Investigators said they caught up with Hahn and searched his camera phone, where they said they found the evidence for which they were searching.

Police said they found "a photo of a naked child which appeared to be in the locker room of the Inn & Club."

Police said Hahn admitted to taking pictures of the victim.

Hahn is charged with video voyeurism and resisting police without violence. Police said the resisting an officer charge was added because when they first spoke with Hahn he gave them a fake name.

According to a police report, officers believe Hahn is also a person interest in a similar crime that took place at the Ponte Vedra Lodge.
