APOPKA, Fla. -- Two men shot out the front window pane of a Wendy's restaurant and stormed through it during a robbery over the weekend.Police in Apopka said the men shot the window at the fast-food restaurant on Orange Blossom Trail in Orange County and then forced employees to empty the registers and a safe in the back room.Investigators said while only two men robbed the business, a third person was apparently acting as a lookout.Detectives said the description given by the employees was vague but one of the men may have cut himself on the window, leaving DNA evidence.Anyone with information about the crime is urged to call Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
