ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- An Orange County cab driver was robbed at gunpoint early Wednesday morning by two masked men as he was dropping off a customer, who was also involved in the robbery, deputies said.
The driver, who works for J.S. Thank You Jesus Transportation, picked up the customer at the bus station in the 600 block of John Young Parkway at about 12:25 a.m.
The man was taken to Londonderry Boulevard and Blarney Drive, and as he exited, two masked men with guns approached the driver, deputies said.
The assailants demanded money, the driver's wallet and car keys, deputies said.
The driver complied with their demands, and the two masked men and customer fled on foot.
A similar incident occurred about two weeks ago at the same location, deputies said.
