The weekend call between Casey Anthony, 22, and her brother Lee Anthony was released Monday night.

The conversation begins with Lee Anthony warning his sister, the mother of missing Caylee Anthony, that everything she says is being recorded and will be released to the media.

He then tells her she can reach out to local detectives and she doesn't have to go through her attorney before asking whether Caylee is OK.

"Do you think Caylee is OK?" Casey Anthony's brother, Lee, said.

"My gut feeling?" Casey Anthony said. "As mom asked me yesterday and they asked me last night and the psychologist asked me this morning, (inaudible phrase). In my gut she is still OK and it still feels like she is close to home. So, that is still my best feeling at the moment. Again, if that changes I mean obviously I'm going to reach out and say something immediately. I know mom will understand this better than anyone that there is that type of bond that you have with your kid and it's unexplainable, absolutely."

"Did you speak with Caylee over the phone at any time?" Lee Anthony asked.

"I did one time and that is actually the day that mom had called the police," Casey Anthony said.

"Do you remember when you spoke to her?" Lee Anthony said.

"Around noon," Casey Anthony said. "It was through a private call."

"Did you ever call the baby sitter on your cell or ever receive a call from the baby sitter on your cell phone number?"

"I most definitely did," Casey Anthony said.

"Can you give me any day or anything that you think you may have received that," Lee Anthony said.

"On a specific day?" Casey Anthony said. "God, a lot of the times it was through text messages. So, the number would show up even on that. I can't think of any specifics. I mean, my days are all thrown together. I at least know what the day is today but as far as stuff from the last couple of months, I have no exact time or date."

The call continues with Lee Anthony asking Casey about her cell phone and whether it has the baby sitter's phone number in it.

Casey Anthony said the last time she saw the phone, it was at her boyfriend's home. She said she is positive that the baby sitter's number is in it.

Casey Anthony Back In Court?

Meanwhile, Casey Anthony may be back in court on Tuesday.

Anthony's attorney Jose Baez has asked the court to put a protective order in the case.

It is Baez's attempt to have a shutdown on release of information including 911 calls and video of visitations, Local 6's Tony Pipitone said.

A hearing will be held in Orange County Circuit Court where a judge will decide whether to grant a motion for a protective order.

There is also a motion to reduce Casey Anthony's $500,000 bond that is now on appeal.

The appellate court wants to know by Wednesday the status of the psychological evaluations that Casey Anthony is undergoing. It could release a ruling on Wednesday, Pipitone reported.
