Photos released online show the large, hairy beast crammed into a freezer where it was apparently being preserved.The beast is 7-foot-7 and weighs more than 500 pounds, a news released issued by the searchingforbigfoot.com Web site reported. It has red eyes and human-like teeth.The supposed discoverers, Matthew Whitton and Rick Dyer, are believed to have found the creature's body in the woods of northern Georgia.Whitton is a Clayton County police officer who has been on medical leave since being shot in July and Dyer is a former correctional officer, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.A well-known "Bigfoot" hunter Tom Biscardi said he believes the find is authentic.Details of the expedition and the exact location where the body was found are being kept a secret.More images of the creature and the DNA samples will be presented Friday.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
