BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. -- Florida Highway Patrol troopers closed a busy exit ramp Thursday because of flooding caused by Tropical Storm Fay.The exit ramp from eastbound state Road 528 to state Road 520 was closed Thursday afternoon.State Road 520 southbound toward Brevard County was also closed in the area of the Beachline.Motorists were advised to use state Road 50 or state Road 528 as an alternate route.Drivers who are traveling southbound will be forced to make a u-turn to travel back to state Road 50.Troopers said the entrance ramp is under water.Northbound state Road 520 remains open at this time in the area of state Road 528.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
