ORLANDO, Fla. -- Aggressive protesters outside the home of Casey Anthony and her parents, including a group dressing up as demons and monsters, have prompted the neighborhood home owner's association to file a lawsuit against the crowds.

Crowds of tourists and Central Floridians have traveled to the Orange County home of Casey Anthony and her parents daily since the woman was released from jail and allowed to return home. A search continues for her missing daughter, Caylee, 3.

Friday, Local 6 learned that the Chickasaw Oaks Homeowner's Association is suing the protesters and fighting to stop demonstrators from disrupting the peace.

The HOA wants to basically set up a protest zone down the street from Casey Anthony's home, Local 6's Mike DeForest reported.

The HOA claims that the protesters have forced at least one homeowner to put their home up for sale.

The association is asking a judge to limit where and when the protests can occur.

According to the lawsuit: "The association is seeking to reasonably limit the nuisance activities that have caused irreparable harm and damage to the quiet use and enjoyment of the residential neighborhood."

The protesters are being offered a piece of vacant property on which to congregate. The land is about a block away from the Anthony home.

Some people said they have a right to be heard at the Anthony's home.

"All I want today is for the whole United States of America to never, ever send the (Anthony) family any money," demonstrator Sharon Reed said.

Audio Recordings Released

Meanwhile, audio recordings of interviews conducted by investigators with Casey Anthony the day she was arrested in connection with the disappearance of her 3-year-old daughter were released Friday by the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

On the recordings, Anthony, who reported her daughter missing in mid-July, about 31 days after she said she last saw Caylee, is heard telling investigators that she left Caylee with baby sitter Zenaida Gonazlez at the Sawgrass Apartments.

After repeated questioning, Anthony is asked by investigators why she is lying to them.

Casey said that she lied because she was scared of not seeing her daughter again.

"I'm never going to forgive myself," said Casey, referring to her claim that she left Caylee with someone who broke her trust.

Formal Charges Filed

The state attorney's office on Thursday officially filed formal charges against Casey Anthony.

Anthony was charged with grand theft, three counts of fraudulent use of personal identification information, three counts of forgery of a check and three counts of uttering a forged check. The alleged victim in the case is Casey Anthony's friend, Amy Huizenga, sheriff's deputies said.

Anthony, who was has been arrested on child neglect and theft and fraud charges unrelated to Caylee's disappearance, could be arrested for a third time on new check fraud allegations in the coming days, sources told Local 6 News.

Anthony reported Caylee missing in mid-July, about 31 days after she said she last saw her daughter.

Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, filed a motion on Wednesday to preserve forensic evidence in the case, asking the court to consider additional testing, Local 6 News reported. Anthony is meeting with Baez again on Thursday, which is allowed under the rules of her home confinement.

Meanwhile, an attorney representing the homeowners association in the Anthony neighborhood will ask a judge to issue an injunction against protesters that would limit where and when they could demonstrate.

"I do see how the family is breaking down because of the protesters, and if they're broken down enough, I feel like they'll give up and tell the truth," said Jennifer Tuck, who arrived at the Anthony home early Thursday morning with her dog.

On Thursday afternoon, a protester set up a Styrofoam block representing a tombstone that said, "Caylee Anthony, 2005-2008, Our Angel Rest In Peace."

"I think it's time this family and the community put this child to rest," the unidentified man said.

Cindy Anthony, Casey Anthony's mother, removed the sign before replacing it, and a confrontation ensued between her and protesters, Local 6 News reported.

Shortly after the confrontation, Cindy Anthony's son, Lee Anthony, pulled into the driveway in his Ford Mustang, and protesters claim he nearly struck their children who were nearby.

"He came flying in the driveway, and we were standing here and he almost hit my kid (and) her kid," an unidentified protester said.

"They have no remorse on nobody. Not one person," another woman said.

Orange County sheriff's deputies said they fear that someone will be hurt while protesting outside the Anthony home, but they said they do not have a legal right to remove anyone from the premises unless he or she does something illegal.

Kesse Family Speaks

Also on Thursday, the parents of Jennifer Kesse, who has not been seen since she vanished from her condo near the Mall of Millenia in 2006, spoke out about Caylee's disappearance.

Drew and Joyce Kesse were interviewed by Local 6 News anchor Lauren Rowe for her upcoming Flashpoint show, which airs Sunday at 11 a.m.

The Kesses said all the attention -- even negative -- is a good thing in that it keeps Caylee's name and picture in the public eye. But the Kesses said they fear that too much negativity about the case could hurt other missing persons' cases.

"There's an amazing amount of things that go on," Drew Kesse said. "But some of them just need to be put aside."

The Kesses said their lives were threatened after their daughter vanished.

"There's going to be a percentage of the public that after a while (ask), 'Is this really someone who was abducted? Is this really someone that's missing? Is this a ploy?'" Joyce Kesse said. "That is the most distressing for us."

House Becomes Tourist Attraction

A woman with a St. Bernard camped outside the home of Anthony's parents on Wednesday, posting a huge sign that said, "I wouldn't let my dog go missing for 1 month without looking!"

Three-year-old Caylee Anthony was last seen in mid-June, and Casey Anthony was arrested on child neglect charges in mid-July after reporting her daughter's disappearance.

Casey Anthony and Caylee lived at the home of George and Cindy Anthony but would often stay elsewhere. Casey is out on $500,000 bond and is on home confinement at the house, although she is allowed to visit her attorney.

Liz Pounders, the woman with the dog, set up a chair on the grassy area between the road and the sidewalk outside the home and said she is on public property and does not have to move.

Cindy Anthony called the Orange County Sheriff's Office about the situation, and four deputies were dispatched to the home but said Pounders could stay.

George and Cindy Anthony's house has become the center of attention in the missing girl case, and earlier Wednesday, 10 senior citizens visited the home after requesting a field trip there.

A bus from the Village Oaks Assisted Living Community in Winter Springs pulled up to the Anthonys' home on Wednesday, but the seniors -- all of whom are Alzheimer's disease patients -- left disappointed.

"They were kind of disappointed that the protesters were not here. They want to see exactly what's going on," said Amanda Booth, who works at the assisted living facility.

Protesters have frequented George and Cindy Anthony's home ever since Casey Anthony bonded out of the Orange County Jail.

The senior citizens did not see Casey Anthony on their visit to the house because she was meeting with Baez.

A few demonstrators visited the home on Wednesday, including a man who said he was there to pray.

Attorney Defends Family

One of Orlando's most powerful attorneys launched a national push Wednesday hoping to bring the focus of the case of missing Caylee Anthony back to the search for the girl.

Attorney Mark Nejame now represents George and Cindy Anthony, the parents of Casey Anthony.

Before Nejame began a national PR push on many of the national talk shows, he sat down with Local 6's Lauren Rowe for a one-on-one interview.

Nejame was first asked about the 911 call Cindy Anthony initially made to police.

"I don't think anyone questioned Cindy Anthony that day and what she was saying and what she was feeling on that 911 call. But she said it on the call," Local 6's Lauren Rowe said. "She said it smells like there has been a dead body in the car, and she was right."

"And that is up to the investigators to address that," Nejame said. "God forbid, anybody else should walk in these shoes. Where is the training for this? Where is the lesson for this? There are none. There is no playbook of how you act when your daughter is accused of murdering your granddaughter. Let people be people. Don't judge and don't speculate. Just allow people to process and live and work through their own grief as they need to."

Nejame said people need to understand what the family is going through.

"Who is somebody else to tell another person how long they are supposed to grieve and how long they are supposed act? Who? Who are we to do that?" he said.

"I don't think anyone would disagree with that but you are not a therapist, you are a criminal defense attorney and part of your job is now speculate what could possibly come down the pike for George and Cindy Anthony," Rowe said. "After she found the car and thought it smelled like a dead body, she took clothing out of that car and washed that clothing. (There's) a lot of speculation, if something does happen, is it possible that Cindy Anthony could face criminal charges?"

"No," Nejame said.

"You are telling me that you don't think about that at all as now her defense attorney?" Rowe asked.

"Talk to the law enforcement," Nejame said. "(Cindy Anthony) is not a suspect and not a person of interest. They've made that clear. They've obviously done their investigation and she has obviously spoken to them and why is everybody presuming they know more than law enforcement?"

"Does Cindy Anthony still believe that her daughter had nothing to do with her daughter's disappearance?" Rowe said.

"She absolutely believes that she is still with us," Nejame said.

"Despite all of the alleged evidence found in the car that investigators have put out there, she truly believes that all of that does not exist and that there is some other explanation for DNA, for samples in the air and that there was a decomposing body in the car?"

"First of all, I'm not going to get into the case because that is not my role and that is not my goal," Nejame said. "The fact of the matter is that she believes for whatever reasons that Caylee is still with us. Other people do as well. She is not alone. In fact, when you think about it, there are still leads coming in. We've gotten two in the last several days. So, she is holding on to a grandmother's hope."

Nejame said if it comes to Casey Anthony against her family, he is on the grandparents' side.

"I've never met (Casey's attorney) Jose Baez and never met Casey," Nejame said. "I don't have any desire to meet them concerning this case. I represent George and Cindy Anthony. I have no involvement in their daughter's case and I don't want any involvement in their daughter's case. My sole and exclusive role and goal is to represent George and Cindy Anthony in their quest to find their granddaughter Caylee."

"They've hired you," Rowe said. "To the average person out there, they then start to wonder, is it really denial or is there something that the Anthony family is not sharing with investigators?"

"Absolutely not," Nejame said. "Very simply, they needed assistance and they came to realize that. They are buckling. The fact of the matter is that the stress would destroy anybody. One day their family just imploded on them. Their daughter is accused of some of the most reprehensible acts we can imagine as human beings and who is facing tremendous time in jail as a possibility and most importantly, their beloved granddaughter is just gone. Imagine living with those burdens. And for some reason, we've completely lost sight of that."

"And you truly believe that they've done everything that they can, that George and Cindy, have done everything that they can to get information from their daughter, Casey?"

"I'm not going to get in between any conversations between George, Cindy and Casey," Nejame said. "It would be inappropriate and law enforcement has asked us not to get into that. So, the last thing I would want to do and I think anybody in the media would want to do would be to compromise any investigation."

"I can appreciate that, but you can understand why people are so angry at them?" Rowe said.

"No, I don't," Nejame said.

"You don't understand why mothers and fathers -- especially mothers and fathers of other missing children are out there saying, 'Why can't you get your daughter to tell you what happened?'" Rowe said.

"It is this simple; doesn't anybody know what goes on behind closed doors and the answer is clearly no," Nejame said. "So, the last thing we would want to do, if the public is really concerned about Caylee, is let the system work. Stop judging and stop injecting things that people have no clue about. They have none. If you think about it, all this investigation started because of Cindy making a phone call."

"How is she and how is George?" Rowe asked.

"Some people with not such good motives have sucked the life energy out of them, compounded with the fact that their daughter has been accused of some horrendous things and facing tremendous prison time. Then, most important -- without doubt -- that Caylee is not here. I've yet to see them without them crying."

Nejame said he is already defending George Anthony for allegedly assaulting a protester. He said he does not believe that official charges will be filed.

Also, Nejame said he has talked with the Sheriff's Department about hiring off-duty deputies because of the crowds of protesters.
