WINTER PARK, Fla. -- A 19-year-old college student was arrested at his Winter Park home Thursday after child pornography was traced to his computer, according to authorities.

Ryan Alexander Conrad faces one count of possession of child pornography, a second-degree felony enhancement because of the number of child pornography videos allegedly found on his computer, and nine counts of possession of child pornography, a third-degree felony.

According to Attorney General Bill McCollum, CyberCrime Unit members discovered Conrad's possession of child pornography during an undercover Internet investigation that traced files back to Conrad's computer.

A search warrant was executed at Conrad's Winter Park residence, and his computer, which contained images of a child appearing to be 4 years old, was seized, along with other equipment, McCollum said.

The computer and equipment will undergo additional forensic analysis to determine whether any additional images of child pornography are present, McCollum said.

Conrad was booked into the Orange County Jail and could face up to 60 years in prison.
