It's A Mystery, Beach Patrol Official Says
Officers responded to a stretch of beach located near a pier at Hendry Avenue on Cocoa Beach Wednesday and found the birds.There were feathers scattered around the chickens at the lifeguard stand."It is definitely a mystery," Brevard Beach Patrol official Wyatt Werneth said.Animal control officers responded to the beach and took custody of the chickens.Some said they believed the animals were part of an occult religious ceremony.
