COCOA, Fla. -- A 59-year-old transient man was arrested Wednesday on four counts of sexual battery of a child under 12, according to the Brevard County Sheriff's Office.

Randall Earl Duncan, who has been known to live out of a brown Dodge van, allegedly sexually abused an 8-year-old girl in late 2007 and early 2008 when he lived in unincorporated Brevard near Cocoa, according to the sheriff's office.

Duncan is also a suspect in an investigation by Titusville police in an unrelated allegation of a molestation of a child in May 2008, the sheriff's office said. He is being held at the Brevard County Jail without bond, Local 6 News partner Florida Today reported.
