A grand jury could charge Casey Anthony with murder Tuesday after reports surfaced that searchers found clothing that is "very, very similar" to an article of clothing belonging to missing Caylee.

Texas EquuSearch reported that they found a size six dress in a wooded area near Orlando Regional Airport during a search for the missing 3-year-old.

"An article of clothing that is very, very similar to an article of clothing that Caylee was wearing at one time and there is a picture of it," EquuSearch's Tim Miller said.

The dress was sent to authorities for testing.

Grand Jury Meets

Meanwhile, Local 6 has learned that Casey Anthony's father, George will be the only family member who will testify before the grand jury Tuesday against the woman.

George Anthony has told detectives in the past that his daughter's behavior was odd during the days following Caylee's disappearance.

Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, will not be allowed to call witnesses during Tuesday's proceedings.

After testimony and evidence is offered from the state, the jurors will discuss the case to determine if there is enough to indict Anthony on murder charges.

A tally will be taken and at least 12 jurors must agree for a decision to be made.

The grand jury can return a "true bill," which becomes an indictment once it's filed in court, or a "no-true bill," which means the grand jury found there wasn't enough evidence to charge Anthony with murder.

Cindy Anthony Discusses Leaks

The grandmother of missing Caylee Anthony is blaming politics and the upcoming election on recent leaks concerning the case of her daughter, Casey.

"I feel that a lot of what is going on right now is a political move on the state attorney's office - Lawson Lamar," Anthony said. "I feel that right now I think the reason these leaks are being let out -- especially about the grand jury is because of the upcoming election."

Anthony said she is tired of how the story of Casey and Caylee Anthony has played out in the media, Local 6 reported. She said she hopes that media reports don't negatively affect the panel of 15 grand jurors Tuesday.

"I just hope those people go in with an open mind," Anthony said. "If they choose that they think there is enough to go forward, I think that we have enough to exonerate my daughter."

Anthony said Tuesday's grand jury is not upsetting her daughter.

"She is upset about her daughter," Anthony said. "You know that the grand jury hearing tomorrow is not upsetting her. What she is upset with is finding out the information that you know, they stopped looking for Caylee. That is what is upsetting to her."

It is not known if Casey Anthony will show up at court Tuesday. However, even if she is subpoened, she cannot be forced to testify.

If the grand jurors find there is not enough evidence to charge Anthony with homicide, the state can always try at a later date, Local 6's Jessica Sanchez said.

Search Team Leaving

Meanwhile, Local 6 learned that the volunteer search group EquuSearch will be leaving Orlando.

Tim Miller of EquuSearch said a search for Caylee will resume in two to three weeks.

Judge To Rule

Casey Anthony is still waiting for a judge to rule on several motions.

The Orange County judge has not decided whether he will allow her to visit key points of interest in the case.

The judge also hasn't ruled on whether the locations she visits should be made public or if the prosecution should be forced to stop testing evidence.

A national search for Caylee continues.
