PALATKA, Fla. -- A 15-year-old girl who claimed she was dragged into a school bathroom and raped at knifepoint made the story up to conceal a sexual encounter she had off-campus, Putnam County sheriff's deputies said.Authorities in Putnam County last week released a composite sketch of a man who the Paltaka High School ninth-grade student said had raped her after pulling her from a school hallway and dragging her into a restroom.The girl had said she had left class to go to the restroom when she was grabbed from behind, according to deputies.An investigation into the incident is ongoing.It's not known if the girl faces any charges.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
