ZELLWOOD, Fla. -- The Orange County Sheriff's Office has identified a man who was shot and killed at a truck stop Friday night.Investigators said the victim, 47-year-old Frank Allen, was seen arguing with a Hispanic male at the Zellwood truck stop on North Orange Blossom Trail before he was shot.Witnesses said the suspect was driving a mid- or light-colored diesel tractor.Authorities don't know why the two men were arguing.Anyone with information about the shooting is urged to call the sheriff's office or Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.
