ORLANDO, Fla. -- Police on Monday identified the man who fell 12 floors to his death from a downtown Orlando condominium complex.

Wyatt Cragan, 25, was sitting on a railing of a 17th-floor balcony at The Sanctuary, located at 100 S. Eola Drive, at about 10 p.m. Saturday when he lost his balance and flipped over, plunging to the fifth floor of the condo, Orlando police said.Cragan's death has been ruled accidental, police said.No one was home at the fifth-floor condo where he landed, Orlando police said.
